By scheduling an online lesson all users agree to these terms and conditions.
Payment must be received in advance of the lesson. Chris Apps Reeds LLC will not enter into an agreement to provide on-line tuition to the user until payment has been received.
Chris Apps Reeds LLC can not be held liable for service interruptions or technical faults. If a lesson is disrupted for these reasons Chris Apps Reeds LLC may reschedule the lesson at its discretion but refunds cannot be made.
Lessons last for 60 minutes and up to five minutes of this time may be used to solve any connection or set-up problems.
Cancellation Policy: If a lesson is cancelled less than 48 hours before the scheduled lesson time, the customer will be charged the full lesson amount. However, we will endeavour to reschedule lessons cancelled out with this time frame.
No-shows: If you are not online for your lesson at the agreed time, you will be liable for the full cost of that lesson.
All those who register for online lessons warrant and self certify that they are over 18 years of age and can form legally binding contracts under their applicable law.
Chris Apps Reeds LLC reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions of Use at any time.
In case of dispute both parties will adhere exclusively to Missouri Law with respect to any booking.
