All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Pricing of products are correct at the time of entering information, however, we reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.
Chris Apps Reeds LLC shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control. All customs duties charged at delivery destination are the responsibility of the customer and will not be paid by Chris Apps Reeds LLC.

Payment
Pre-payment is required for all orders. The following payment options are accepted; Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, Personal Check or Cash. Please note that all personal checks must first be cleared before orders are posted. All credit and debit card transactions are processed in a secure environment.

Items may be returned within 30 days of the date you received the item. If in its original condition we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. Reed adjustment books are always non-refundable.
Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we deliver the item to you in error or the item is faulty.
